Senior Retail Leasing Executive

• 5 years x Retail property management experience
• 5 years x Retail leasing management experience
• Proven capacity to understand and interpret retail leases.
• Proven ability to build internal/external business partnerships
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to interact with a broad range of staff, tenants and solicitors
• Highly developed negotiation and problem solving skills
• A genuine understanding of fashion, food and lifestyle type retail businesses
• Thorough knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
• Exposure to international retailers and an understanding of international retail markets

A  current Real Estate Licence is essential and qualifications in Property, Economics or Valuation related disciplines will be highly regarded.
