Winner – Chifley Rebranding Campaign 2014
The campaign consisted of rebranding Chifley Plaza and Chifley Tower under one distinct brand – Chifley.
As a long term strategy, the aim of the campaign is to strengthen the brand and position the entire asset as a leading destination in the heart of the financial district in Sydney’s CBD.
The key elements were to launch a new brand toolkit and positioning, unveil refurbishments to the tower lobby, enhance the Concierge platform that reflected a premium five-star hotel style service offering, and to integrate our retailers throughout the rebranding campaign.
Our retailers rely on the workers in the tower as their primary market and Chifley now has a strong brand identity that aims to improve the retention and acquisition of tower tenants to ensure the future success of our retailers.
